Returns & Refunds
All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China. Please note that international shipping costs will apply. -
Angel Melbourne is based in Belgium but honours Australian Consumer Law (ACL) protections for all Australian customers.
Return Process
You may return eligible items for change of mind within 30 days of delivery. We’re unable to accept returns outside this window.
To start a return, contact us at info@angel-melbourne.com . Please include your order number and reason for return.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all swing tags and hygiene seals (where applicable) intact. Please pack items securely to avoid damage in transit.
Return postage: For change‑of‑mind returns, customers cover return shipping. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs in line with the ACL.
We recommend a trackable service and keeping your postage receipt. Angel Melbourne is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method within up to 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

If a return is not approved (e.g., worn, damaged, missing tags), we will notify you and can arrange re‑shipment at your cost.
Exchanges
If you wish to swap an item (size/colour/style), contact us at info@angel-melbourne.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through availability and next steps. In some cases we may process an exchange by refunding the original item once returned and asking you to place a new order for the replacement.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email info@angel-melbourne.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel before dispatch. After dispatch, please follow the Return Process above.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We’re sorry if something isn’t right. Please email photos of the issue and your order number to info@angel-melbourne.com within 72 hours of delivery.
You’re entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund, and we will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect items. This policy does not limit your rights under the ACL.
