Return and refund policy
At Angel Melbourne, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@angel-melbourne.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure items are securely packaged and sent with a reliable courier, as Angel Melbourne cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), please contact us at info@angel-melbourne.com with your request. Our team will arrange the exchange and ensure your new item is delivered promptly.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@angel-melbourne.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@angel-melbourne.com with photos of the product and packaging. Our customer support team will arrange a replacement.
