Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day. All other orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery within Australia takes approximately 4–7 business days (Monday–Friday). We proudly offer free shipping on all Australian orders. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.
Delays
While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within 9 business days, please allow an additional 3 business days. If it still has not been delivered, contact us at info@angel-melbourne.comand our team will assist you promptly.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@angel-melbourne.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing and shipping your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@angel-melbourne.com with photos of the issue. Our customer support team will review the matter and arrange a replacement.
