Shipping Procedure

After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. We typically take 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) to process and dispatch your order. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we’ll email your tracking details. You can then expect delivery within 9–14 business days (Monday–Friday) across Australia.

Angel Melbourne is a Belgian-registered business serving customers across Australia. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse and logistics partner in China, with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on destination, public holidays, or peak periods.

Delays

If your order takes longer than the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 2 business days for late scans or carrier backlogs. Check your tracking link for the latest updates. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after this extended period, contact us at info@angel-melbourne.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please email info@angel-melbourne.com  as soon as possible. We can cancel only before your order is processed or dispatched. After dispatch, please follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re sorry if anything arrives damaged or incorrect. Please email clear photos of the issue and the packaging to info@angel-melbourne.com within 72 hours of delivery, along with your order number. We’ll review promptly and arrange the appropriate remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
